Volleyball Recap: Leland Comes Up Short

Leland lost against Newark back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers fell 2-0 to the Norsemen. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19.

Leland's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Newark, they pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Leland will square off against Woodland at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Newark, they will take on Rosary at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
