Baseball Recap: Cleveland Comes Up Short

Cleveland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 12-2 to the Sprague Olympians. The game marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Cleveland saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was James Ho, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI. Another was Noah Karoli, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Cleveland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Sprague, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cleveland will face off against Liberty at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sprague, they will square off against Tigard at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
