Baseball Recap: Coleman Comes Up Short

The Coleman Comets came up short against the Benzie Central Huskies on Tuesday, falling 16-1.

Coleman saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Travis Murray, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.

Coleman's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Benzie Central, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Coleman will head out to challenge Breckenridge at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Benzie Central, they will square off against Brethren at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
