Volleyball Game Preview: Normandy Invaders vs. Euclid Panthers

The Normandy Invaders will head out to challenge the Euclid Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Normandy came up short against Independence on Friday, falling 3-0. The Invaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Normandy ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-21, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Euclid suffered their biggest loss since April 7th on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to Medina. The Panthers have struggled against the Bees recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Euclid took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-14, 25-22.

Euclid's defeat dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Normandy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
