Baseball Preview: South Seneca Falcons vs. Lyons Lions
The South Seneca Falcons will venture away from home to square off against the Lyons Lions at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. South Seneca is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak.
South Seneca fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Naples on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Big Green Machines by a score of 10-9.
South Seneca saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sam Dufour, who went 2-for-5 with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run.
