Volleyball Recap: Tonopah Valley's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Tonopah Valley had to endure a six-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against the Highland Prep Honey Badgers on Monday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Phoenix not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since October 7, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-9. As for Highland Prep, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Tonopah Valley is set to square off against their familiar foe Chino Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Highland Prep will take on rival Yuma Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
