DSST: Montview has gone 9-1 against Jefferson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Knights will square off against the Saints at 4:00 p.m. Jefferson took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on DSST: Montview, who comes in off a win.

DSST: Montview took a loss when they played away from home last Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Tuesday. They came out on top against Bruce Randolph by a score of 6-2. The win was some much needed relief for the Knights as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 14-2 to Lincoln.

Jefferson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was AJ Alvarado, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for DSST: Montview, their victory bumped their record up to 7-9.

DSST: Montview came up short against Jefferson in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, falling 6-1. Can the Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
