Soccer Recap: Brenham Comes Up Short

Brenham managed to keep up with Lake Creek until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Cubs came up short against the Lions, falling 4-1. The loss continues a trend for Brenham in their meetings with Lake Creek: they've now lost nine in a row.

Brenham's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Lake Creek, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2-3 and their overall record up to 4-6-4.
