Soccer Game Preview: Pinkston vs. Conrad

The Pinkston Vikings will face off against the Conrad Chargers at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Pinkston's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Madison 9-0. Edith Carcamo was a massive factor in the win as she booted in five goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Conrad entered their tilt with Lincoln on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 10-0 victory. That looming 10-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Conrad yet this season.

Conrad's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Pinkston, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Pinkston got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in February of 2025 against Conrad by a conclusive 9-0 score. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Chargers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
