Cashmere's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Kiona-Benton Bears with a sharp 85-63 win. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Cashmere pushed their record up to 17-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.3 points over those games. As for Kiona-Benton, their loss dropped their record down to 11-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cashmere will square off against Chelan at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Chelan knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Cashmere likes a good challenge. As for Kiona-Benton, they are taking a road trip to take on Wapato at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Wapato's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 17 contests.
