Basketball Recap: Northwood Drops Season-High Score on Wheaton

Northwood scored the most points they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 71-70 to the Wheaton Knights. The Gladiators' loss continues a trend for the team, making it 11 in a row.

Northwood's defeat dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Wheaton, their victory bumped their record up to 6-10.

Coming up, Northwood will face off against Blair on Monday. As for Wheaton, they will square off against Einstein on Monday. Wheaton knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Einstein likes a good challenge.
