Chipley took care of business in their home opener on Monday. They came out on top against the Blountstown Tigers by a score of 8-3. Chipley has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Blountstown, too.

Kenzlee Nelson and Olivia Brown did most of the damage at the plate: Nelson scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Brown scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2.

Coming up, Chipley will welcome Bozeman at 7:00 p.m. on February 18th. As for Blountstown, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Tigers face off against the Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on February 19th.
