Softball Recap: St. Teresa's Academy Stars vs. Notre Dame de Sion Storm
St. Teresa's Academy put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Notre Dame de Sion Storm 19-9. This was payback for the Stars, who suffered a 12-3 loss the last time these two teams met.
St. Teresa's Academy got a massive performance out of Grace McGannon, who scored three runs and stole five bases while going 3-for-4. Suzie Honan was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.
St. Teresa's Academy's victory ended an eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-0. As for Notre Dame de Sion, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
