Ascension Catholic had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 60-53 win over the East Iberville Tigers. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered a 64-44 loss the last time these two teams met.

Ascension Catholic has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.2 points per game. As for East Iberville, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 20-10.
