Volleyball Recap: Grand Canyon Comes Up Short

If Grand Canyon was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Music Mountain on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Phantoms lost 3-0 to the Mogollon Mustangs on Saturday. The Phantoms were not able to make up for their defeat to the Mustangs from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Grand Canyon's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Mogollon, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coincidentally, Grand Canyon and Mogollon will both be playing Williams the next time they take the court. The Phantoms will host the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Mustangs will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
