Tippecanoe is a perfect 10-0 against Piqua since September of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Red Devils will host the Indians at 12:30 p.m. Tippecanoe is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.
On Wednesday, Tippecanoe made easy work of West Carrollton and carried off a 3-0 victory.
The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Tippecanoe was: they took every set by at least 19 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-6, 25-5.

Tippecanoe's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ava Jones, who had ten assists and seven aces. That's the most assists Jones has posted since back in August. The team also got some help courtesy of Faith Siefring, who had ten digs and three aces.
They weren't the only good servers: Tippecanoe was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 22 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces every time they've taken the court this season.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Piqua's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They came up short against Butler, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Indians have suffered since September 4th.
Piqua took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-18, 25-21.
Piqua's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Tippecanoe, their victory bumped their record up to 16-0.
Everything went Tippecanoe's way against Piqua when the teams last played on September 4th, as Tippecanoe made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Red Devils repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
