Basketball Game Preview: Valley Buffalos vs. Milford Tigers

Valley is preparing for their first region matchup of the season on Wednesday. They will head out on the road to square off against the Milford Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Valley will be strutting in after a victory while Milford will be coming in after a loss.

Valley took a loss when they played away from home back in November, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against El Capitan, sneaking past 48-45. The Buffalos haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Saturday. Milford took a hard 75-56 fall against Tabiona. Milford just can't catch a break and has now endured three defeats in a row.

Milford's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Valley, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Valley came up short against Milford in their previous meeting back in February, falling 73-64. Can the Buffalos avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
