Soccer Recap: Milton Academy Comes Up Short

After flying high against Groton School on Tuesday, Milton Academy came back down to earth. The Mustangs fell just short of the St. Sebastian's School Arrows by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. Milton Academy were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as St. Sebastian's School apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Milton Academy's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1-1 and their overall record down to 5-2-2. As for St. Sebastian's School, they now have a winning record of 5-4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Milton Academy will take on rival Roxbury Latin at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, St. Sebastian's School is set to face off against their familiar foe Brooks at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
