Baseball Recap: Bayside Bears vs. Sebastian River Sharks
Bayside's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over the Sebastian River Sharks. The win continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Sharks: they've now won three in a row.
Riley Ramroop made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over six innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March of 2025.

Looking ahead, Bayside will head out on the road to face off against Heritage at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Sebastian River, they will square off against Lincoln Park Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
