Volleyball Recap: Westfall Comes Up Short

Westfall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Chillicothe Cavaliers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Westfall took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-4, 25-10, 25-12.

Westfall's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Chillicothe, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Westfall has already played their next match (against Worthington Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Chillicothe, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Grove City on the 10th.
