Softball Recap: Waterford-Halfmoon's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak at Home

Waterford-Halfmoon's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Berlin/New Lebanon Mountain Lions 6-5.

Waterford-Halfmoon's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10. As for Berlin/New Lebanon, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.

Looking ahead, Waterford-Halfmoon will take on Tamarac at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bengals will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something the Fordians surely won't give up without a fight. As for Berlin/New Lebanon, they will host Emma Willard at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
