Soccer Game Preview: Gettysburg vs. Shippensburg

Gettysburg's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They won by a goal and slipped past West Perry 1-0. Gettysburg's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matchups.

Meanwhile, Shippensburg unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of Biglerville by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, Shippensburg couldn't push the score so high this time.

Shippensburg's defeat dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Gettysburg, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1-3.

Gettysburg came out on top in a nail-biter against Shippensburg in their previous meeting on September 4th, sneaking past 1-0. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Greyhounds have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
