Baseball Recap: Clovis Cougars vs. Central Grizzlies
Clovis never got on the board in their matchup last Wednesday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Central on Friday. They blew past the Central Grizzlies 10-3. This was a revenge matchup for Clovis, as the team was forced to settle for a 4-0 defeat when these two played last Wednesday.
Jackson Efird looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits.
At the plate, Nicholas Caballero was incredible, going 2-for-4 with a home run, five RBI, and a double. Drake Davis was another key contributor, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
