Braddock and Southwest are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2018, but likely not for long. The Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Braddock is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Coral Park as they made off with a 16-4 victory. The win was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on five straight.

Emely Ramirez made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out six batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

In other batting news, Braddock let Catherine Fuerte and Emily Cancio run wild.
