Baseball Recap: King & Queen Central Takes a Loss

King & Queen Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 1-0 to the Mathews Blue Devils, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 20-0 back in April.

King & Queen Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Mathews, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. King & Queen Central will take on rival West Point at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Mathews is set to challenge their familiar foe Charles City at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
