Haddon Township came tearing into Friday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Pennsauken Tech by a score of 52-39. This was payback for the Hawks, who suffered a 45-41 loss the last time these two teams met.

Despite the loss, Pennsauken Tech still got an impressive performance from Xavier Melendez, who went 6 for 13 to rack up 15 points. That's the most points Melendez has posted since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was Chris Graham, who earned no points and eight boards.

Haddon Township's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points over those games. As for Pennsauken Tech, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season.
