Basketball Recap: Three Straight Home Victories for Sky View

Sky View won the last time they faced Stansbury and things went their way on Friday too. The Bobcats came out on top against the Stallions by a score of 61-50. With that victory, the Bobcats brought their scoring average up to 50.9 points per game.

Sky View had a senior duo take command as MacAde Rolle went 8-for-13 on his way to 23 points and five boards and Zachary Oxborrow almost dropped a double-double with 22 points and nine rebounds. Rolle also set a new season-high mark in field goal percentage with 62%. Joseph Christensen also deserves some recognition as he grabbed his first steal of the season.

Sky View pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.7 points over those games. As for Stansbury, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
