Quincy Mitchell put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in August on Friday. He rushed for 329 yards and four TDs while picking up 13.2 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 68 yards.

Mitchell and Forrest will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Giles County at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th. Mitchell will face off against David Bridges, the Bobcats' star rusher.
