Soccer Recap: Pollok Central Takes a Loss

Pollok Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 5-0 to the Marshall Mavericks. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 on Friday.

Pollok Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Marshall, they now have a winning record of 2-1-1.

Pollok Central didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 4-0 loss against New Waverly on the 7th. As for Marshall, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Brownsboro on the 7th.
