Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mankato West). They blew past the Red Wing Wingers 90-66 on Friday. The Scarlets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wingers, too.

The victory made it two in a row for Mankato West and bumps their season record up to 6-14. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.0 points over those games. As for Red Wing, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mankato West will head out to take on Austin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Red Wing, they are taking a road trip to challenge Hill-Murray at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
