Basketball Game Preview: Quitman Bulldogs vs. Grand Saline Indians

The Quitman Bulldogs will face off against the Grand Saline Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Quitman is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Mineola just ended the team's nine-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 33-26 to the Yellowjackets.

Meanwhile, Grand Saline lost 49-28 to Mineola on Tuesday.

Quitman's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 23-9. As for Grand Saline, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 15-16 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Quitman against Grand Saline in their previous matchup back in January, as the team secured a 54-21 win. Will Quitman repeat their success, or does Grand Saline have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
