Softball Recap: New Rochelle Takes a Loss

New Rochelle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Arlington Admirals. If the Huguenots were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Admirals when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

New Rochelle's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Arlington, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. New Rochelle will face off against Somers at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Arlington, they will challenge John Jay at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. This will be the Admirals' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
