Softball Recap: Hackensack Comets vs. Ridgewood Maroons
After flying high against Northern Highlands on Monday, Hackensack came back down to earth. The Comets lost 19-8 to the Ridgewood Maroons on Wednesday. The Comets were not able to make up for their defeat to the Maroons from their previous meeting back in April of 2025.

Briana Darling and Giada Oates stepped up to the plate in a big way. Darling went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases and three runs, while Oates went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
