After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Karns, Jefferson County was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Cumberland Gap Panthers by a score of 47-37.

Jefferson County's win bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Cumberland Gap, their loss dropped their record down to 12-10.

Jefferson County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cumberland Gap, they have already played their next match, a 40-34 victory against Claiborne on the 14th.
