 Dixie put the finishing touches on their 16th blowout victory of the season  on Friday. They blew past the Snow Canyon Warriors 13-7. Dixie's win was all the more impressive since Snow Canyon was averaging only 3.35 runs allowed on the season.
  Trace Franco was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with a  home run, four  runs,  and two  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Ridge Erickson, who  scored a  run while going 3-for-4.
 On Snow Canyon's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Talan Kelly, who  fired off two  home runs and five  RBI while going 2-for-3. Kelly has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in four consecutive pitching appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Crew Secrist, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-4.
 Dixie's victory was  their sixth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 22-3. As for Snow Canyon, their defeat  ended  a  six-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 19-4.
 Dixie does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Snow Canyon, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Stansbury at 1:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Snow Canyon is facing Stansbury at the right time seeing as Stansbury is stuck on  a  three-game losing streak.
