Christoval had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it eight on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 17-10 margin over the Colorado Wolves. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 13-3 back in March.

Ryler Hunt was a standout: he got on base in all five of his plate appearances with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. He has become a key player for Christoval: the team is undefeated when he posts at least three RBI, but 6-7 otherwise. Blaze Webber was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while going 2-for-5.

Christoval kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in nine consecutive contests.

Christoval's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-7. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.2 runs over those games. As for Colorado, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Christoval will welcome Sonora at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Colorado, they will be playing at home against Ira at 5:00 p.m. on the 17th.
