The Buffalo Bison will be playing in front of their home fans against the Sherman Tide at 7:00 p.m. Sherman took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Buffalo, who comes in off a win.
Last Tuesday, Buffalo beat Point Pleasant 33-24.
Buffalo's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lauren White, who scored 9 points along with 6 rebounds and 6 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which White has scored at least 25% of Buffalo's points. Alivia Luikart was another key contributor, scoring 10 points along with 7 steals and 6 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Sherman took a serious blow against Independence on Wednesday, falling 64-34. Sherman was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-11.
The win got Buffalo back to even at 1-1. As for Sherman, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
