Soccer Recap: Morrow Takes a Loss

After flying high against Banneker on Wednesday, Morrow came back down to earth. The Mustangs fell just short of the Dutchtown Bulldogs by a score of 1-0 on Friday. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Morrow couldn't quite close it out.

Morrow now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Dutchtown, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Morrow will face off against McDonough at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dutchtown, they will head out on the road to challenge Langston Hughes at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
