Softball Recap: Bucyrus Redmen vs. Willard Crimson Flashes

On Tuesday, the Bucyrus Redmen sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-6 win over the Willard Crimson Flashes.

For Willard's part, Ava Deel spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and three unearned) runs on nine hits.

At the plate, Natalie Slone made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now stolen at least one in the last three games she's played.
