Southeast Alamance lost to Southern Alamance back in August, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Stallions came out on top against the Patriots by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Stallions.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20, 25-27, 25-17.

Emily Troy paced Southeast Alamance's offense, picking up 12 kills. Troy got some help from Victoria Vazquez and her 30 assists. Vazquez was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Southeast Alamance's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Southern Alamance, their loss dropped their record down to 6-11.

Looking ahead, Southeast Alamance will venture away from home to take on Bartlett Yancey at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Southern Alamance, they will host Eastern Alamance at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
