Volleyball Game Preview: Harding Knights vs. North Polars

The Harding Knights will venture away from home to square off against the North Polars at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a five-game winning streak alive.

Harding is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Woodbury.

The victory didn't come easy: Woodbury scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 22-25, 25-18, 25-19.

Among those leading the charge was Jackie Lee, who had ten digs and three aces. That's the most digs he has posted since back in May. Patrick Vang also deserves some recognition as he had his first kill of the season.

Meanwhile, North faced Spring Lake Park in a battle between two of the state's top teams back in May. The Polars came out on top in a nail-biter against the Panthers, sneaking past 2-1.

North's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Harding, their victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-6-2.
