Softball Recap: Rosman Comes Up Short

Rosman lost against Madison back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Rosman came up short against Madison, falling 13-2. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by exactly 11 runs.

Rosman saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Olivia Zuccala, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Lexa Lavery also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

This is the second loss in a row for Rosman and nudges their season record down to 3-7. As for Madison, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rosman will take on Murphy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Madison, they will face off against Rosman at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
