Baseball Recap: King's Way Christian Takes a Loss

King's Way Christian was the 6-4 winner over Washougal when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The King's Way Christian Knights fell 6-3 to the Washougal Panthers on Thursday.

King's Way Christian saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Grady Schaller, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

King's Way Christian's record now sits at 0-2. As for Washougal, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. King's Way Christian will welcome Ridgefield at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Washougal will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Grants Pass on March 26th.
