Soccer Game Preview: Worland vs. Cody

Worland hasn't had much luck against Cody recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Warriors will take on the Broncs at 3:00 p.m. Worland has given up an average of 4 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Worland is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to seven goals last Saturday, they were much more limited against Douglas on Saturday. They came up short against the Bearcats, falling 6-1. Worland were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-0.

Meanwhile, Cody came up short against Douglas two weeks ago and fell 5-3.

Worland now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Cody, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Worland couldn't quite get it done against Cody when the teams last played back in March of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
