Volleyball Game Preview: Pass Christian Pirates vs. McComb Tigers

The Pass Christian Pirates will square off against the McComb Tigers at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Pass Christian is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Long Beach just ended the team's six-match winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Bearcats by a score of 3-2.

Meanwhile, McComb entered their tilt with Port Gibson on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Blue Waves 3-0.

McComb's victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Pass Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.

Pass Christian took their win against McComb in their previous matchup back in October of 2023 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Pirates repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
