Basketball Recap: Savoy Comes Up Short

Savoy lost against Miller Grove back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Savoy Cardinals took a 46-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Miller Grove Hornets.

Savoy has been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 16 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-16 record this season. As for Miller Grove, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-12.

Savoy has already played their next contest (against Dodd City), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Miller Grove will take on Fannindel at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
