Andrew is 8-2 against Sandburg since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Thunderbolts will look to defend their home field against the Eagles at 4:30 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Andrew turned things around against Richards on Saturday. They never let the Bulldogs get on the board and left with an 11-0 win. Considering the Thunderbolts' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Sandburg never got on the board in their matchup on Tuesday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Homewood-Flossmoor on Wednesday. They blew past the Vikings 11-5.

Andrew's victory bumped their record up to 10-12. As for Sandburg, they now have a winning record of 13-12.
