Manchester extended their winning streak to three on Monday, bumping their season record up to 3-0 in the process. They walked away with a 14-11 victory over the South Windsor Bobcats. That's the first time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 13-11 victory on Monday.

As for South Windsor, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5. Surprisingly, this marked their sixth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

For South Windsor's part, Sienna Michaelson was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in three of her five plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Michaelson also hit a double, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Gemma Duhamel, who got on base in three of her five plate appearances with two RBI and one run.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Manchester beat South Windsor by a score of 13-11 later that day.
