Sterlington waltzed into their match on Monday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They snuck past the West Monroe Rebels with a 43-38 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 39-36 back in December of 2024.

Sterlington has also been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.8 points per game. As for West Monroe, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-15.

Sterlington will face off against North Webster at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday up 172 places (51 vs. 223). Sterlington will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive. Similarly, West Monroe (ranked 117th) will meet Pineville (ranked 278th) at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
