Volleyball Recap: Flowing Wells Takes a Loss

Flowing Wells lost against Mountain View back in March of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Flowing Wells fell just short of Mountain View by a score of 2-1. The Caballeros have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Daniel Coronado paced Flowing Wells' offense, picking up 17 kills. Coronado got some help from Chris Anaya-Ashe and his 28 assists.

Among those leading the charge was Kristopher Klappert, who had 16 digs and five assists. Those five assists gave him a new career-high.

Flowing Wells' loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Mountain View, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

Flowing Wells didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Agua Fria on the 29th. As for Mountain View, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Canyon del Oro on the 29th.
